A useful workout plan survives normal life. Travel, deadlines, sleep, and energy will vary. The plan needs a minimum version that still counts.

My current minimum session:

  • Warm up for five minutes.
  • Do one push movement.
  • Do one pull movement.
  • Do one lower-body movement.
  • Finish with mobility or walking.

On strong days, I can add volume. On low-energy days, the minimum keeps the chain alive without forcing poor recovery.

Consistency is not about never missing. It is about returning quickly and keeping the baseline realistic.
