Strength With Consistency
A workout note on building a sustainable training rhythm instead of chasing perfect routines.
A useful workout plan survives normal life. Travel, deadlines, sleep, and energy will vary. The plan needs a minimum version that still counts.
My current minimum session:
- Warm up for five minutes.
- Do one push movement.
- Do one pull movement.
- Do one lower-body movement.
- Finish with mobility or walking.
On strong days, I can add volume. On low-energy days, the minimum keeps the chain alive without forcing poor recovery.
Consistency is not about never missing. It is about returning quickly and keeping the baseline realistic.
